Campaign is the way in
which the candidates of head of region to gain the sympathy and support from
the society. By doing so, they will win the election. When campaigning, all of
the candidates of head of region using banners and posters as one of the campaign
supporting medias. The banners are usually placed at side of large street and
posters that are patched on the walls of the narrow street.
In one
hand, using banners and posters as one of campaign supporting medias is a good
step to introduce the candidates of head of region to society. By looking at
the banners and posters we can know our candidates like their face, their
vision and mission, and their serial number for election. It will help the
society to make a choice because they become more familiar with the candidates
especially for the beginner voters.
In the other hand, the use of banners
and posters as one of campaign supporting medias makes our environment look
disorganized and dirty. Installation of banners and posters which is untidy and
random make it looks unsightly. In fact in Pekanbaru, all of the candidates use
banners and posters but the installation of the banners is just using small
wood to buffer it. Unfortunately, when rain comes, it will fall apart.
So, using banners and posters as one
of the campaign supporting medias is good. It gives some advantages for us. But,
usually the installation of banners and posters is random and make environment
looks dirty. It will be nice if the installation is nice and not excessive.
